One of my favorite services to provide is Digital Business Card set ups. As I began my Virtual Assistant business, I was asked by a business professional if I had a traditional paper business card. I wanted to network and connect with another business professional, but the idea of a paper card didn’t seem to make much sense for a remote contractor, like myself. I knew there must be a better way to network and share my contact information….and I discovered there definitely is!!

In a search for alternatives to paper business cards, I discovered Digital Business Cards through HiHello. This free platform provided everything I needed and more.

Here are some of the benefits I found for using a Digital Business Card:

  • Never go anywhere without a business card to share. If you have your phone (when do we not have our phone on us??), you can easily share your contact information quickly.

  • Stand out from the crowd with a tech savvy digital business card. Not only do you look state-of-the-art, you will be memorable.

  • There are so many options for sharing your contact information: scan a QR Code, text or email a shareable link, use a custom virtual background, and use an email signature.

  • Once you share your digital business card, the recipient is given two prompts. One, the recipient can save your contact information directly into their phone. Two, the recipient can email you their contact information.

I would be more than happy to set up your own Digital Business Card!! You receive a free account through HiHello, up to 4 digital business cards per account, a QR code for each business card, a shareable link for each business card, and a digital background.

All you have to do is complete my emailed invoice and fill out this quick Google Form with your business information.

Feel free to check out my Digital Business Card. I’d love to chat with you about how a Digital Business Card could benefit you.
